Arby’s Wagyu patty features American Wagyu, which is a cross between Japanese Wagyu – one of the most sought-after meats in the world-and high-quality continental breeds of cattle. The 6.4-ounce burger – which the brand touts as being 50 percent larger than McDonald’s Quarter Pounder – uses a blend of 51% American Wagyu and 49% ground beef to deliver a premium steakhouse burger.
The burger patty itself is cooked using Sous Vide style – a cooking method that locks in juices and rich flavor, while producing a juicy, tender burger with a slightly pink center.
The Wagyu Steakhouse Burger features an American Wagyu blended burger topped with American cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion, and a special burger sauce on a toasted buttery brioche bun. You can also choose to add bacon and ranch for a more unique flavor experience.
When Arby’s initially launched the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger back in May, it ignited a wave of enthusiasm, causing it to sell three times faster than anticipated and ultimately selling out six weeks early.
You can find the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger at participating locations nationwide for a limited time, while supplies last.
